As temperatures begin to drop, are you starting to notice those old aches and pains coming back? According to the CDC, arthritis is the leading cause of work disability in the United States, and while there are many different types of arthritis. 

The pain caused by this condition can range from mild to debilitating arthritis can cause pain, swelling, stiffness, and decreased range of motion in the joints.

It can also lead to fatigue, depression, sleep problems, and difficulty performing everyday activities. While there is no cure for arthritis, there are treatments available that can help reduce symptoms and improve quality of life, including exercise, weight loss, pain relief, medication, even surgery. 

Some people also use complementary therapy such as acupuncture or massage to help manage their symptoms.Physical and occupational therapy can also be helpful in improving joint function and range of motion.
